Role Overview
Represent Party Cartel Agency online and at festivals. Promote our tour packages, events, and experiences to your network.
Responsibilities
- Promote tours & events on social media
- Share referral links or codes
- Engage with potential travelers
- Represent the brand at festivals (when applicable)
Ideal For
- Ravers with engaged social followings
- Festival promoters & connectors
- DJs, content creators, community leaders
Compensation

TOUR COORDINATORS (ON-GROUND / REMOTE)
Role Overview
Support festival tour operations before and during events. You help make sure guests are where they need to be, on time, and taken care of.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules & itineraries
- Assist guests during tours or festivals
- Communicate with hotels, drivers & vendors
- On-ground problem solving
Ideal For
- Organized, calm under pressure
- Prior hospitality, travel, or festival experience
- Fluent in Spanish & English
Compensation
- Paid per project / per tour / per ticket.
- Travel & accommodations covered (role-dependent)
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & BOOKINGS ASSISTANT
(Remote / Flexible)
Role Overview
Handle inquiries, bookings, and client communication before trips.
Responsibilities
- Respond to DMs, emails & inquiries
- Assist with bookings & payment follow-ups
- Answer questions about itineraries & festivals
- Maintain clear client communication
Ideal For
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram & email
- Detail-oriented and reliable

CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
(Festival-based + remote)
Role Overview
Capture and manage content around festivals, tours, and experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form content (Reels, Stories, TikToks)
- Post live festival updates
- Help grow Party Cartel Agency’s online presence
- Coordinate with ambassadors & promoters
Ideal For
- Creators who already shoot festival content
- Comfortable on-site during events
- Strong visual & storytelling skills

PARTNERSHIPS & AFFILIATE MANAGER
(Commission-based + growth role)
Role Overview
Build relationships with ambassadors, promoters, hotels, artists, and collaborators.
Responsibilities
- Recruit & manage ambassadors
- Coordinate partner promotions
- Track referrals & commissions
- Help expand brand reach
